OnLy at ONU With it being the first week of school, I have already made so many memories. I had the fantastic opportunity to serve as an Orientation Leader (OL) this past week. You may be asking yourself, What is an OL? Orientation leaders are a group of energetic, fun, and dedicated leaders who will assist during the Welcome Weekend program. This was my first year serving as an OL and I almost did not apply as I thought it would be too much of a commitment. It all started in February, the application was closing at noon, and at 11:45 a.m., I decided to fill out the application. I serve as a Resident Assistant, so I did not know how both positions would coincide, but I was willing to give it a chance. Applying was one of the best decisions of my life. After accepting the position, two nights of training occurred during the spring semester.
